Job summary

Axis for Autism in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in ABA therapy, helping them learn, grow, and reach milestones. You’ll be hands-on in supporting children to build life skills and confidence in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain RBT certification with support from the employer.
• Experience in working with kids in therapeutic settings is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children.
• Support children in learning life skills and communication.
• Monitor and document progress and sessions with accuracy.
