Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents with ASD and other developmental disabilities. Under the supervision of a BCBA, the BT/RBT will implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve social, communication, adaptive, and behavioral skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental disabilities, or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while following established treatment protocols.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes, schools, or community settings as needed.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Must meet all Maxim Healthcare Services and state-specific screening requirements.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to assigned clients.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Assist clients in developing communication, social, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Utilize positive reinforcement strategies to encourage desired behaviors.
• Maintain consistent communication with supervisors regarding client progress and concerns.
• Participate in required supervision sessions, team meetings, and trainings.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to client confidentiality, safety, and compliance.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one behavioral intervention services to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the BT/RBT will implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve social, communication, adaptive, and behavioral skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Provide direct one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to assigned clients.
