BlueSprig is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (BT/RBT) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with autism, in center-based and/or home-based settings. You will teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills, working one‑on‑one or in small groups to drive meaningful progress.

We offer comprehensive paid training, on‑site BCBA support, a clear career path, and favorable scheduling with potential Saturdays.

Qualifikationen

• At least 18 years old.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay, Benefits & Perks

• Competitive pay:

• $24.00–26.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience

• Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 13.00for each billable client hour worked

• 13.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time

• Candidateswith an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a200-bonuson their first paycheck

• Monday–Friday between 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM

• Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling

• Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs
