Job summary

Total Care ABA in Farmville, VA seeks a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in-home and in-school. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement treatment plans and help kids develop communication, social, play, behavioral, and daily living skills.

We provide paid training, ongoing support, and flexible scheduling. Full- and part-time roles are available in Virginia, with a focus on compassionate, client-centered care to help children reach

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.
• RBT Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy to children in-home and in-school settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect and accurately record client progress data.
• Encourage positive behaviors through evidence-based interventions.

What You'll Do

As a Behavior Technician, you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

What we expect from you:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required
• RBT Certification preferred.

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
