Evolution Behavioral Health Service in Brambleton, VA seeks a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support one-on-one ABA therapy in-home under BCBA supervision. Compensation is $23–$25/hour with a Monday–Friday 4pm–7pm schedule and additional weekend hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training course (required); current RBT Certification (preferred)
• Previous in-home experience working with children or individuals with special needs (required)
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As a BT/RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities
