Job summary

Autism 360 is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work one-on-one with children with autism in Hickory, NC. Paid training provided, with a Monday–Friday schedule and 30+ hours per week. Earn $18–$27/hour plus bonus opportunities and a full benefits package.

Entry level role with hands-on coaching and ongoing support. No ABA experience required—training will cover core skills and supervision. Join a team dedicated to meaningful outcomes and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Background and employment screenings must be completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Help children develop communication and social skills.
• Build independence with everyday routines and activities.
• Track progress using electronic data systems.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and Autism 360 team.
