With the belief that every child can learn, we promote independence and improve the quality of life for the children and families we serve through individualized, research-based treatment. Our commitment to care and our core values have guided us for over a decade - and continue to drive every interaction with every child.

Why Behavior Technicians Should Join Us
  • No ABA experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive training and sponsor your path to becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
  • Grow your career. Move up a defined ladder - from Technician to Lead Technician to Therapy Room Supervisor - with the competencies for each level spelled out so you always know what's next. We also offer student loan assistance, free BCBA supervision hours, and scholarships for employees pursuing their Master's degree.
  • Keep learning. Access free monthly CEUs through Verbal Beginnings University (VBU), our in-house continuing education program - so you're always growing, not just working.
  • Great Place To Work® Certified for 2026. Independently certified by Great Place To Work®, the global authority on workplace culture - based entirely on confidential surveys from our own employees. That recognition didn't come from us. It came from our team.
  • Collaborative culture. A supportive team environment where every member is invested in the children we serve and in each other's growth.
  • Generous time off. 25 paid days off per year - because the children we work with deserve a team that is rested and at their best.
Responsibilities
