Job summary

ABA Centers of Pennsylvania, LLC invites you to join our team as a Behavior Technician (BT) in Willow Grove, PA. This part-time role offers paid 40-hour training over two weeks at the same rate of pay, followed by hands-on supervision and RBT exam prep within 45 days.

Starting rate is $22.25 per hour, with final compensation adjusted by experience and education. We provide mentorship, paid RBT training, and pathways toward BCBA certification within a values-driven, growth-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues per client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality of care.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Collaborate with caregivers and school staff to support client goals.
• Provide administrative and clinical support as needed.

Schedule Availability: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

BT: Starting rate of $22.25 per hour.

What You'll Do

Direct Client Support

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required

• High school diploma or GED
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review

Preferred

• Experience in childcare, education, or related fields
• Experience working with children or adolescents
• Prior exposure to ABA services

Position-Specific Items

• Behavior Technician (BT): Complete a 40-hour paid training program over 2 consecutive weeks (at the same rate of pay), followed by precepting (hands-on supervision), andpass the RBT exam within 45 days(up to 3 weeks total)
