Magnet ABA Therapy in Sparta, TN is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized intervention programs, collect progress data, and help families understand treatment goals.

We're looking for compassionate team players who can follow instructions, adapt to a dynamic environment, and collaborate with BCBAs to adjust plans. Training is provided, and opportunities for professional development and advancement are

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record client progress data and behavior.
• Assist in developing and implementing behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
• Teach social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to adjust treatment plans.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• - Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• - Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• - Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
• - Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• - Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
• - Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed
• - Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families
