Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy in Monteagle, TN is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA programs under supervision, collect progress data, and assist in developing behavior support plans. This in-person role offers hands-on therapy with clients and opportunities to grow within the field.

You will work closely with a BCBA to adapt treatment plans, teach social, communication, and daily living skills, and maintain professional relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans.
