Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide in‑person ABA therapy and support to clients under supervision. You will implement individualized intervention plans, collect progress data, and help families understand strategies for skill development and behavior improvement.

In this role you will work closely with a BCBA to adjust treatment plans, teach social and daily living skills, and maintain professional relationships with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.
