Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is urgently hiring for full-time and part-time Behavior Technicians in Springfield, Virginia to administer ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism. You will conduct DTT and Natural Environment Training and pair with clients while supporting families with updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Pass Background Check.
• Current driver’s license in state of residence.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Committed, considerate, and flexible.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children.
• RBT certification (for candidates who have 1 and a half year of experience in the ABA field).

Responsibilities
