Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to deliver individualized ABA therapy under supervision. You will collect data, implement plans, and support clients in acquiring social, communication, and daily living skills in a direct one-on-one setting.

Training will be provided; prior experience is preferred but not required. A strong emphasis on teamwork, patience, and attention to detail will help you succeed and grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with behavior data collection and documentation is desirable.
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans precisely.
• Training will be provided for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.

Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
- Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families
