Key Autism Services is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
We’re looking for compassionate, reliable team members who want to grow their careers while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. Whether you’re an experienced BT or continuing to build your ABA career, our team provides the supervision, mentorship, and clinical support you need to succeed.
Our Fellowship Program is designed for team members enrolled in or who have completed their behavior analytic coursework (master’s degree or certificate program) and are working toward becoming a BCBA. Fellows are paired with experienced supervisors within the Fellowship Department who provide guidance on BACB clinical requirements and current examination content.

The Early Mentoring Program is designed for fellows who are within approximately six months of sitting for the BCBA exam and/or have completed 1,500–2,000 fieldwork hours.
