Job summary

New Story Schools in Ohio is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one and small-group support in home and community settings. You will implement individualized plans aligned with each student’s IEP goals to promote academic, social, and life skills.

You’ll work with students with autism and other learning differences, report progress data, and collaborate with families, teachers, and clinicians to ensure consistency across environments.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 48 credit hours from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three months of professional or internship experience supporting individuals with behavioral or learning differences.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance coverage.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educators.
• Ability to remain patient, adaptable, and professional in dynamic learning environments.

What You’ll Need
