Job summary

Nekton-Autism, located in New York, is dedicated to providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum. We are seeking passionate Behavior Technicians to provide specialized 1-1 treatment in a home-based setting.

This position offers flexible part-time hours, competitive pay ranging from $18 to $28, and comprehensive training. Candidates with at least 1 year of ABA experience are preferred, along with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT) is nice to have.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of individualized treatment plans and report progress
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties
• Any other tasks outlined by a BCBA/LBA

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of ABA experience
• Availability in the afternoon/early evening (Weekends a plus)
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT) (Nice to have)
• A passion for working with clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
