Job summary

HireCare Services in Henderson, NC, is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. This part-time role supports children with autism and developmental disabilities and offers flexible scheduling across Henderson and surrounding areas.

You’ll deliver individualized ABA treatment, help develop communication and daily living skills, collect data, and maintain confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification — or willingness to obtain certification (training support provided)
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
• Help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect accurate data during each session
• Share updates and progress with the BCBA team
• Complete clear and timely session notes
• Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families

HireCare Services is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide high-quality behavioral support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. What You’ll Do as an RBT:

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work helps children reach important developmental goals through structured teaching, play, and positive reinforcement.

You will:

• Deliver individualized ABA treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect accurate data during each session
• Share updates and progress with your BCBA team
• Complete clear and timely session notes
• Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards

What We’re Looking For:

Work Schedule:

• Part-time and full-time positions available
• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; optional weekend availability as needed)
• 15–25+ hours per week, based on your availability and client needs

Compensation:

• $21–$25 per hour
