What You’ll Do as an RBT:

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work helps children reach important developmental goals through structured teaching, play, and positive reinforcement.

Compensation:

• $21–$25 per hour
