Job summary

HireCare Services seeks compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide high-quality ABA therapy in Cary, NC and surrounding areas. Part-time and full-time positions are available, with 15–25+ hours per week and afternoon/evening sessions.

Compensation ranges from $21 to $25 per hour. Candidates should have a high school diploma and RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days). Join a supportive team and grow in ABA practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Active RBT certification OR willingness to obtain certification within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow clinical instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to adapt to client needs in a dynamic environment.

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data on client behavior and skill development.
• Communicate progress and concerns to supervising BCBAs.
• Maintain clear, timely, and professional session notes.
• Build supportive and therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
• Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and company standards.

HireCare Services is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide high-quality behavioral support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or community settings

• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect accurate data on client behavior and skill development

• Communicate progress and concerns to supervising BCBAs

• Maintain clear, timely, and professional session notes

• Build supportive and therapeutic relationships with clients and families

• Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and company standards
