Job summary

Divine Steps ABA Therapy is seeking dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in home and community settings. You will be trained and supported by a team of clinical supervisors committed to your growth and success.

This hourly role can be part-time or full-time, with shift options Monday through Friday and weekend availability. No certification required initially, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Background screening and clearance.
• Driver's license in state of residence with acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Well organized, flexible and responsible.

Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

At Divine Steps Therapy we implement ABA therapy practices to help individuals with ASD thrive and live their best lives. We are looking for passionate individuals who find satisfaction in helping children achieve life's milestones. Our therapist position provides one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with Autism and Related Disorders by implementing intervention plans, directed by behavior analyst. You will be fully trained and supported by an experienced team of clinical supervisors, managers who are invested in your personal and professional growth.

This is an hourly job with the potential to be either a part-time or full-time job depending on the number of cases you prefer to take on.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 18 years of age

• Current driver’s license in state of residence and acceptable driving record

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide ABA Therapy for children in home and community settings to assist them with improving behaviors and acquiring new skills.
• Develop strong rapport with the client and family and work with parents to ensure the child is meeting their goals
• Follow specific protocol for each client and implement individualized ABA programs as set by treatment plan and directed by BCBA or qualified health professional
• Document client sessions by recording data, writing quality session notes, and inputting timesheets into Central Reach
• Communicate with supervisors on case updates, changes in schedule, and availability
