Job summary

Healing Haven, a behavioral clinic in Madison Heights, seeks energetic individuals for full-time and part-time one-on-one ABA therapy roles. You will work with children and families, under BCBA supervision, to improve communication, social, and daily living skills.

Our Madison Heights campus has four clinics designed to meet the needs of children and young adults at every stage of life. We are seeking energetic, dependable individuals to provide one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children improve communication, social, play, and daily living skills. Comprehensive training is provided, and Behavior Technicians receive consistent on-site supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing individualized behavior analysis programming during one-on-one (1:1) therapy sessions and, when clinically appropriate, two-on-one (2:1) therapy sessions as set forth by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Teach communication, social, motor, play, and daily living (ADL) skills
• Maintain a structured, engaging therapy environment
• Build strong, professional relationships with clients and families
• Collect data and document progress
• Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy teams
• Maintain RBT certification and QBS Safety-Care training
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required

• Ability to walk, run, lift, squat, bend, and push/pull up to 30 lbs as needed
