Healing Haven LLC seeks energetic individuals to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism at our Madison Heights, MI campus. The role includes on-going BCBA supervision, structured sessions, and focus on communication and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior analysis programming during 1:1 therapy sessions and 2:1 when BCBA approves.

We are seeking energetic, dependable individuals to provide one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children improve communication, social, play, and daily living skills. Comprehensive training is provided, and Behavior Technicians receive consistent on-site supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Strong Pay That Grows With You – Competitive starting pay with annual merit increase eligibility. Technicians with 1+ year of experience and active RBT certification start at $20/hour.

Monthly Bonus Opportunities – Earn additional income based on direct care hours with clients, with the opportunity to earn $2,940-5,250 in your first year and $3,500-5,250 in your second year.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing individualized behavior analysis programming during one-on-one (1:1) therapy sessions and, when clinically appropriate, two-on-one (2:1) therapy sessions as set forth by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
