Job summary

Autism Spectrum Therapies is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism, delivering ABA therapy and promoting communication, confidence, and independence. The role is full-time with paid training and opportunities for advancement.

Preferred bilingual (English/Spanish). Must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., pass a background check, and have reliable transportation. Compensation is $19.00–$21.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and PTO after probation.
