Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or associate’s degree with 2 years relevant experience.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification is a plus.
• Experience working with youth and families who require behavior management.

Responsibilities

• Implement intervention strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Record and track data from training sessions.
• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings.
