Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Armonk, NY. You will implement individualized intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA and collect session data to track progress.

The role requires weekday availability (3-8pm) and some weekend coverage. We offer ongoing training, opportunities for advancement, and supportive clinicians in a growing network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year ABA experience.
• BA in related field or pursuing related education.
• Weekday and weekend availability for home-based therapy.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans in homes.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory BCBA.
• Collect therapy session data and update progress notes.

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.

About the Position

Location: Armonk, NY

Schedule: Cases available in the afternoon, from 3-8pm Monday to Friday and some weekends (Home Service)
