Immediate Positions Available: Behavior Technician at ABS Kids

Join ABS Kids and make a difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and their families! We are seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to contribute to our mission of creating impactful 'wow' moments through skill development and goal achievement.

Responsibilities:

• Teach children through play and follow individualized treatment plans
• Observe, collect data, and document progress

Qualifications and Qualities:

• Previous experience with children (e.g., camp counselor, daycare, nanny, school, ABA) preferred
• Energetic, playful, creative, quick thinker
• Dependable and reliable
• Ability to frequently get up and down from the floor and move quickly
• Comfortable with data collection software and Microsoft Office 365
• Willingness to learn, work independently, and deliver quality care
• Interest in evidence-based, scientifically supported methods
