After-school (3 PM-7 PM) and Saturday availability preferred, with a higher hourly wage for sessions between6 PM - 8 PMand onSaturdays!

Position Summary

We are seekingcompassionate and dedicatedRegistered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs)to join our growing team. In this role, you will workone-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by ourBoard Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)and supporting each client’s unique goals. RBT/BT Responsibilities
  • ProvideABA therapyin various settings, including theclient’s home, school, or community, as directed by theBCBAand in accordance withRBT guidelines.

  • Implementindividualized treatment planswithconsistency and fidelityunder BCBA supervision.

  • Collect andaccurately record datato track client progress and behavior changes.

  • Collaborate withBCBAs and team members, participating in regularsupervision meetings and training sessions.

  • Offercompassionate supportto clients and families, buildingrapportand fostering apositive therapy experience.

  • Adhere tocompany policies and ethical guidelinesto maintain the highest standards of professional conduct.

  • Engage inongoing training and professional developmentto enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • Current RBT certificationthrough theBehavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)(or willingness to complete RBT certification within the first 90 days of employment if required by state law).

  • High school diploma or equivalent(Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus).

  • Reliable, compassionate, and dedicatedto supporting individuals with developmental needs.

  • Stronginterpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and their families.

  • Ability tofollow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans accurately, andcollect dataas directed.

  • Physical abilityto work with young children, includingsitting, standing, lifting, and movementduring therapy sessions.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportationif travel to client locations is required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience working with children, especially inABA therapy or special education.

  • Bilingual abilities(a plus).

  • Strongorganizational skills and attention to detail, particularly indata collection.

  • Interest in along-term career in behavioral health, with aspirations topursue further ABA certifications.
