Our dedicated team of Behavior Technicians (BTs) delivers evidence-based services that help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while increasing independence and confidence.

Qualifications

• No ABA experience required – paid training provided.
• Experience working with children is a plus.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Support positive behavior development and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to help clients achieve their goals.
