Job summary

Divine Steps ABA Therapy is seeking dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in home and community settings. You will be trained and supported by a team of clinical supervisors committed to your growth and success.

This hourly role can be part-time or full-time, with shift options Monday through Friday and weekend availability. No certification required initially, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Background screening and clearance.
• Driver's license in state of residence with acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Well organized, flexible and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy for children in home and community settings.
• Develop rapport with client and family; support parents to meet goals.
• Follow protocol and implement ABA programs per treatment plan.
• Document sessions, data, notes and timesheets.
• Communicate case updates and schedule changes with supervisors.
