Job summary

Key Autism Services seeks experienced Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, both in-home and at centers. You will implement behavior support plans and receive weekly supervision from a BCBA as part of a supportive clinical team.

We serve the Down syndrome community as well, and offer structured onboarding, clear session protocols, and collaborative team communication to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months' experience in ABA.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active RBT certification (Not required but is a plus).
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and engage in active play with children.
• Dependability, consistency, positive attitude and reliability to ensure the child's success.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during therapy sessions
• Conduct discrete trials and implement behaviour support and treatment plans
• Participate in regular supervision meetings, skills coaching, and case reviews with your BCBA
• Communicate session updates and collaborate with your clinical team to ensure high-quality, consistent care
