Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia in Warner Robins, GA is hiring a full-time Behavior Technician (BT). Starting BT pay is $22.25/hour; RBT starting rate is $24.60/hour. Final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement are offered. Role includes delivering ABA therapy in diverse settings, implementing treatment plans under supervision, and data collection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues as needed.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in meetings and training.
• Provide administrative and clinical support as needed.
