Jumpstart Autism Collective in Albuquerque, NM is hiring energetic Behavior Technicians for full-time and part-time roles. You’ll support children with autism through ABA-based therapy, language development, and functional communication, under supervision.

Training is provided with progressive pay: $17.00–$18.00/hr during training, rising to $18.50–$19.50/hr afterward. Comprehensive benefits including health, retirement, EAPs, and tuition discounts accompany a supportive, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• No college degree required.

Responsibilities
