Job summary

Kickstart your career as a Behavior Technician (BT) in ABA Therapy. This part-time role supports children with autism in Vallejo, Fairfield, Vacaville, Dixon area or Davis, delivering one-on-one ABA therapy in home or center settings from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. You will follow BCBA-designed plans and collect progress data.

You will receive full training and mentorship, paid training, and opportunities for RBT certification, with ongoing professional development and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children; experience in teaching, childcare, coaching, tutoring, or caregiving is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred).
• Driver’s license, car insurance, and weekday afternoon/evening availability.
• Able to pass background check; CPR/First Aid required (we’ll help you get certified).
