Job summary

Applied Behavioral Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA-based education for children with autism and related needs. You will follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA, collect data, and report progress to families and supervisors.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring data accuracy, professional conduct, and collaboration with the clinical team to help learners develop communication, social, and independence skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience supporting children or individuals with special needs
• Ability to remain calm and professional under high-stress situations
• Ability to collect data accurately and document services consistently
• Openness to direct coaching, observation, and performance feedback
• Ability to complete all required background checks and provider-network enrollment requirements

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA programs and behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA
• Collect and record accurate data on student progress and behavior outcomes
• Provide feedback and observations to clinical supervisors and families
• Support students during therapy sessions using evidence-based ABA techniques
• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a clean, organized work environment
