Job summary

Social Circle ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)/BT-ABA Therapist to deliver one-on-one therapy in our center. You will implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and help develop individualized treatment plans for individuals with autism.

Qualifications

• BT experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to follow directions and implement behavior intervention plans accurately.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Patience and compassion when working with individuals with ASD.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for data collection and reporting.

Responsibilities
