Heartland ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. You will work with our clinical team to implement skill-building plans and support independence, using evidence-based interventions. No experience?

Paid training is provided. All positions start part-time with a 6-month commitment. RBT certification is required before working; great for those passionate about helping children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions.
