Job summary

Paramount Rehabilitation Services is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician for our ABA Clinic in Bridgeport. The BT will work one-on-one with a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder, implementing treatment plan goals under BCBA supervision. Data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction will be collected, with notes written after each session.

• Must be able to work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Experience collecting data on skills and behaviors is helpful.
• Willingness to support toileting and meal preparation as part of sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Implement treatment plan goals and follow behavior protocols.
• Collect data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction and write detailed session notes.
• Assist with toileting and meal preparation for each client.
• May lead small group sessions and help with material preparation.
