Job summary

Developmental Pathways, Inc. is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 in-home support for children and teens with Autism in Pflugerville, TX. Under BCBA guidance, you’ll implement personalized behavior plans, collect data, support skill development, and empower families with training and compassion.

Spanish language skills are required. We offer flexible afternoon, evening, or weekend hours, competitive pay up to $26/hour, mileage reimbursement, and benefits for eligible team members.

• Must speak Spanish.
• Experience with ABA or caregiving preferred.

Responsibilities
