• Oversee a manageable client caseload
• Receive ongoing support and clinical oversight from a Regional Clinical Director
• Provide hands-on supervision and mentorship to Behavioral Technicians
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based ABA strategies
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure meaningful progress
