Job summary

Behavior Frontiers is seeking energetic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians (BT). Earn $20.00-$26.00 per hour DOE with a Monday–Friday schedule (8am–5:30pm).

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities and help individuals with autism communicate, play, and gain independence while collecting data for real-time decisions. Qualifications

• Energetic, passionate about helping individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Able to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities.
• Teach communication, play, social skills, and independence.
• Collect and analyze data with our electronic software for real-time decisions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other technicians to report progress.
