Job summary

Behavior Frontiers is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities. You will help individuals with autism develop communication, play skills, and independence while reducing challenging behaviors.

The role involves data collection with our proprietary software and collaboration with BCBAs, families, and other technicians to monitor progress and receive feedback. We offer world-class training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must bring energetic attitude and passion for helping individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Able to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings (homes, schools, centers, communities).
• Teach communication, play, independence, and social skills to individuals with autism.
• Collect and analyze data using proprietary software for real-time decisions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other technicians; report progress and feedback.
