Behavior Frontiers in Norwalk, CT is urgently hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or community settings. You will help individuals with autism communicate, play, and gain independence while reducing challenging behaviors.

We offer a pay rate of $21.00-$24.00 per hour DOE, a 8:00 AM-4:00 PM schedule, and World-Class training with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Energetic, positive attitude and desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Physical ability to perform job duties (with or without accommodations).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy using research-based methods in homes, schools, centers, or communities.
• Teach individuals with autism to communicate, play, make friends, and gain independence while reducing challenging behaviors.
• Collect and analyze data with our proprietary software for real-time decision-making.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other technicians to report progress and receive feedback.
