Qualifications

• Energetic attitude and desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Some college credits or current enrollment in a relevant program.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Physically capable of performing job duties with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities.
• Teach communication, play, and independence while reducing challenging behaviors.
• Collect and analyze data with proprietary software for real-time decisions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other technicians to report progress.
