Centria Autism in Ypsilanti, Michigan, is looking for enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to make a difference in the lives of children with autism. This role includes working directly with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques for skill development.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and be physically capable of handling job-related tasks. We offer a pay range of $17 – $20 per hour, along with various perks to support career growth and mental health.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism.
In this role, you will work one‑on‑one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence‑based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Children can be unpredictable and potentially confrontational; this role requires a strong and resilient spirit.
Pay Range: $17 – $20 per hour.
