Avid ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to support Autism Services in Roseville. This part-time role offers a hands-on opportunity to work with children ages 2-18 under supervision, with paid training provided.

No prior experience is required; training is provided, and you will learn data collection, progress tracking, and behavioral support techniques in a collaborative team environment. Flexible scheduling and a strong focus on work-life balance are offered.

Compensation: $17.50 - $22.00 / hour

BT Responsibilities

• Work with kids - On a one-on-one basis with individuals aged 2-18 with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Build relationships - Make a difference in our client's life while working in a collaborative environment
• Data collection - Electronically track and collect data on our clients progress
• High energy - Fast paced, no two days or clients are the same
