Job summary

Avid ABA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to support autism services in Flint, MI. You will work one-on-one with children aged 2-18, gather progress data, and collaborate with our team to drive meaningful outcomes in a supportive clinical environment.

No experience is required initially; paid training is provided, with opportunities for growth and a balanced schedule that respects your availability and avoids weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• No formal education required beyond willingness to train.
• Ability to work with children diagnosed with autism and follow behavior plans.
• Reliable attendance and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Compensation: $17.50 - $22.00 / hour

BT Responsibilities

• Work with kids - On a one-on-one basis with individuals aged 2-18 with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Build relationships - Make a difference in our client's life while working in a collaborative environment
• Data collection - Electronically track and collect data on our clients progress
• High energy - Fast paced, no two days or clients are the same
