Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a part-time Behavioral Therapist to deliver 1:1 treatment in home or community settings under BCBA supervision. This role runs Monday through Friday from 3p to 5p with a focus on communication and social skills.

Responsibilities include tracking progress, adhering to policies, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining client confidentiality. Reliable transportation to multiple sites is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus six months related experience.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong organization and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation; able to travel to multiple assignments daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 treatment to individuals in home or community settings.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide feedback regarding progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Collaborate with team and coordinate with management and staff.
• Work independently while coordinating efforts with management and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 treatment to individuals in need of behavioral therapy in a home or community setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understands and adheres to company’s policy and procedures
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all interactions and assignments
• Work independently while understanding the importance of constant communication and coordinating work efforts with management and staff
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma, plus a minimum of six months prior work/volunteer experience providing individual instructions, preferably in a health care environment
• Demonstrates effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and part of a team
• Demonstrates strong organization skills and attention to detailHas reliable transportation and is able to travel to/from multiple assignments/locations on a daily basis
