Zusammenfassung

BrightSpring Health Services seeks a part-time behavioral health assistant to provide 1:1 treatment in home or community settings. You will implement goals under a BCBA's supervision and monitor progress, while communicating updates to supervisors and coordinating with the care team.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, independence, and reliability for daily travel between sites. Health insurance benefits may apply for qualifying part-timers.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED, plus a minimum of six months prior work/volunteer experience providing individual instructions, preferably in a health care environment
• Demonstrates effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and part of a team
• Demonstrates strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Has reliable transportation and is able to travel to/from multiple assignments/locations on a daily basis
