Job summary

LEARN Behavioral’s Autism Spectrum Therapies (AST) team in Victorville, CA is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism. Paid training is offered, with support from a collaborative team and clear paths for growth.

Eligibility includes being 18+, work authorization in the U.S., and passing a background check. Earn $20.00–$22.00 per hour with full-time employees receiving PTO, holidays, and comprehensive benefits.

What You Have

Physical Requirements

Must be able to walk, run, stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, crawl, reach, balance, and move quickly as needed. Must push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs., maintain client safety awareness, respond quickly to changes, and safely manage client movement per ABA guidelines. Requires stamina, sustained concentration, effective communication, and ability to work in loud, high-stimulation environments. Must assist with hygiene and toileting as needed.
