University of Mississippi Medical Center is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide direct behavioral therapy for children with ASD under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and teach functional skills in developmentally appropriate settings.

Provides direct behavioral therapy to children with ASD by implementing individualized treatment and behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Collects data, teaches functional skills, manages challenging behaviors, and ensures adherence to clinic policies, safety standards, and documentation requirements.
Requires no exposure to unpleasant or disagreeable physical environment such as high noise level and exposure to heat and cold; no handling or working with potentially dangerous equipment; no working hours beyond regularly scheduled hours; no traveling to offsite locations; no activities subject to significant volume changes of a seasonal/clinical nature; no work produced is subject to precise measures of quantity and quality; occasional bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, occasional kneeling, pushing/pulling, reaching, sitting, frequent standing, occasional twisting, and frequent walking.
Full time, FLSA designation non‑exempt, hourly pay, 100% FTE, rotating shift.
